The Colorado High Country series continues with Holding On (Book #6), which tells the story of Kenzie Morgan, a search-and-rescue dog trainer, and Harrison Conrad, a world-class alpinist. All of your favorite characters are back for a story of loss, redemption, and love—and puppies. Don’t forget the puppies!

He’s the last person in the world she should ask to foster this little furball. He’s barely capable of managing his own life right now, let alone caring for a helpless, adorable, fluffy puppy. But Conrad has always had a thing for Kenzie with her bright smile and sweet curves. One look into her pleading blue eyes, and he can’t say no.

The I-Team returns in audiobook
Last month, I signed a contract with Tantor Audio for the audiobook version of Deadly Intent (I-Team #). I don’t have a release date yet, but expect to hear the incredibly talented Kaleo Griffith giving voice to Joaquin and Mia’s story sometime soon.
I’m thrilled that the entire series, with the sole exception of First Strike, the erotic prequel to Striking Distance, will be available in audiobook format.
Stay tuned for details!
The I-Team is back! Catch up with your favorite I-Team characters in Deadly Intent (I-Team #8). This is photojournalist Joaquin Ramirez’s story. Forever changed by events in Breaking Point and Dead By Midnight, Joaquin had a harder edge now. He’s going to need it, as former US Army Captain Mia Starr has trouble on her heels.
Here’s the blurb:
Secrets buried in the sand…
Former US Army Captain Mia Starr has built a new life for herself in Denver, far away from camel spiders and sand—and the terrible secrets of her first deployment to Iraq. She isn’t looking for a relationship, especially not with an intrusive photojournalist. Joaquin Ramirez might be sexy, but in her experience, photojournalists only want to make a buck off other people’s suffering. Still, the universe must have a sick sense of humor because it keeps throwing her together with Joaquin, making the desire she feels for him harder and harder to resist.
An undeniable attraction…
As a Pulitzer Prize-winning news photographer, Joaquin has everything a single straight guy could want—except the right woman. When he meets Mia while shooting a crime scene, he immediately sees beyond her cold exterior to the vulnerable woman beneath. Though the police consider her a suspect, he’s sure she’s innocent. Someone is killing soldiers—and trying to pin the blame on her. Unable to resist the pull between them, Joaquin stands by her only to find himself snared in the killer’s net as well.
A twisted soul hungry for revenge…
Mia can’t help it when the heat between her and Joaquin melts away her preconceptions. As their passion explodes, danger draws ever closer. When it becomes clear that Mia is the killer’s true target, she must trust Joaquin with a secret that could ruin her … or risk losing the love of a lifetime.

Visit the I-Team Shop at Café Press
The I-Team series might be over-for now-but that doesn't mean you can't carry it with you. The Pamela Clare I-Team Shop is now open on Café Press, selling a range of T-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, mugs, water bottles, bags, and other items with the official I-Team logos.
The logos were designed for me as a gift by Lynsey Marion Bryan, a dear friend of mine from my newspaper days, who died suddenly and unexpectedly in March 2015. Using her logos is a way of keeping her with me.
I plan to expand the shop's variety by adding "Team" art with your favorite hero's name on it-"Team Marc," "Team Julian," "Team Zach," "Marcangelo Lives," and etc.
Café Press does ship overseas, so the items are available internationally.
Thanks for 10 years of love for the I-Team series!
Perfume designed exclusively for Unlawful Contact!
I am so excited to announce that internationally known perfumer Dawn Spencer Hurwitz has created two new scents in honor of Unlawful Contact. Dawn designs scents for Hollywood stars, New York jet-setters and Parisian socialites. Using natural oils and essences, not chemicals, she makes her perfumes by hand, one drop at a time, just as perfumers did three hundred years ago.
I met Dawn this past summer and was so impressed by her work that I asked if she'd be interested in turning the characters in Unlawful Contact into scents. She read the manuscript, took lots of notes about Marc's and Sophie's personalities, and then began to turn those into scents.
I went in to sniff the final results last week, and I love them! I've been wearing "Sophie" ever since and dabbing "Marc" on all the men in my life."Marc" captures the scents of Colorado's mountains together with Marc Hunter's deep masculine sexuality, while "Sophie" captures Sophie's sexy, sleek sophistication with a touch of innocent "fairy sprite" sensuality. The two work well together, both featuring certain musk notes that make them a "couple."
Working with an artist like Dawn was so much fun. She and I are talking about doing it again, perhaps going backward with the I-Team series. "Julian" anyone?
The scents are now done and can be ordered from her Web site at www.dshperfumes.com. The perfumes are part of the Essence Studio collection. She has a variety of sizes available, including samples for under $4.
